1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context expressly requires otherwise:

• "777h", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operating at 777h.ws and all associated services, features, and subdomains.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers an account on, or otherwise uses the 777h platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the 777h platform following successful completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Real-Money Gaming" means any game, wager, or bet placed using funds held in a player's 777h account balance, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, deposit match amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by 777h under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by the platform's licensing obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to and use of the 777h platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law or the terms of 777h's operating licence.
• "Applicable Law" means the laws and regulations of the licensing jurisdiction under which 777h operates, together with any applicable international anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming standards.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777h website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 777h platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 777h Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 777h platform and, if you hold a registered account, contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure.

3Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on the 777h platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. The 777h platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and real-money gaming access is withheld until verification is successfully completed.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms or as updated on the platform from time to time.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 777h, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on the 777h platform. Only one account per natural person, household address, device, and payment method is permitted.

4Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 777h platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777h account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, and 777h accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to secure your login details.

5Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with the anti-money-laundering and player protection obligations of 777h's international gaming licence, all players are required to complete identity verification before real-money deposits, wagers, or withdrawals are processed. The KYC process requires submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the previous three months, confirming your current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, documentary evidence linking your registered payment method (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account) to your verified identity.

777h reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts with higher transaction volumes. Processing of withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 777h will not be liable for any delays or losses arising from a player's failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777h platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits are credited to your 777h account balance promptly following confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment provider. 777h does not impose fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777h accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being completed and no outstanding compliance review being in progress on your account. 777h targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes of approval for JazzCash and EasyPaisa channels. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are subject to standard banking processing times which may extend to one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the account, or to a verified account held in the same name as the registered 777h player.
• 777h reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that it deems to present elevated risk indicators.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from bonus fund wagering that meet the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn, subject to any bonus-specific withdrawal limits.
• 777h does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. All transactions must originate from and return to accounts registered in the player's own verified name.

7Bonuses & Promotions

777h offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonus offers are valid for the time period stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonus conditions after the expiry period result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before any resulting winnings become withdrawable. Standard wagering requirements at 777h range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as stated per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the relevant promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 777h reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including evidence of bonus abuse.
• Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting to exploit bonus conditions, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements — will have their bonus funds and any related winnings forfeited and their accounts may be suspended.

8Gaming Rules

All casino games, live dealer titles, slot machines, fishing games, and bingo rooms available on the 777h platform are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface, together with the general rules set out in these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, game-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms for matters relating to game mechanics, payouts, and in-game features.

Game outcomes on the 777h platform are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness as required under the platform's international gaming licence. 777h does not and cannot influence the outcome of any game once a round has commenced.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, 777h will endeavour to resolve the situation in the fairest manner possible for the player, which may include voiding the round and returning the relevant stake to the player's account balance. 777h's decision in such matters is final, subject to the platform's published dispute resolution process.

9Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 777h platform are subject to the sports betting rules published within the betting section of the platform, together with these Terms and Conditions. Pakistani players may bet on cricket markets including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, T20Is, and a range of other domestic and international sporting events as listed on the platform.

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Once a bet is confirmed by the platform, the accepted odds are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion and are subject to additional rules governing bet acceptance latency and market suspension periods.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided prior to completion of the relevant market conditions, 777h reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players' account balances.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are published within the sports betting terms available on the platform and are subject to change.
• 777h will not honour bets placed on the basis of information that was not publicly available at the time of bet placement, or where it is determined that pricing errors or technical faults led to manifestly incorrect odds being published.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777h platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the single-account requirement.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to interact with any game or betting market on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information-based betting on any sporting event offered on the platform.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to any third party.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the availability or integrity of the 777h platform or its underlying infrastructure.

11Account Suspension & Closure

777h reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Suspicious account activity indicative of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is detected.
• A regulatory obligation requires the platform to cease serving the player's jurisdiction.
• A player makes a chargeback or payment dispute claim without first exhausting 777h's internal dispute resolution process.

Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily and no outstanding verification or compliance issues exist, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

12Responsible Gaming

777h is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The platform offers the following player protection tools, all of which are accessible directly from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose over a specified time period. Once reached, further real-money play is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard stops on your playing sessions to help manage time spent on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing the duration of your current session and your net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account. Short-term cooling-off periods range from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Permanent self-exclusion closes the account and prevents re-registration indefinitely.

13Intellectual Property

All content available on the 777h platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the proprietary property of 777h or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777h platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any platform content for any other purpose without the prior written consent of 777h.

14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777h, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 777h platform.

777h's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15Privacy & Data Protection

777h collects, processes, stores, and transfers your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the 777h platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. 777h does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers and regulatory bodies as necessary for the operation and regulatory compliance of the platform.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777h holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless a mandatory applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence requires a different forum.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first submit your dispute to 777h's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team at [email protected]. 777h will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a fully documented complaint. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the matter may be referred to the alternative dispute resolution body designated under 777h's licensing terms.

17Amendments to These Terms

777h reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, 777h will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 777h platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the revised terms take effect.
